Civil war continues to wreak havoc in New Innisfree with the withdrawal of ZaKommian troops. One division of Patra Caesar's forces still remain in the country assisting the government fight the rebels in what appears to be a battle they are winning with the return of Horizaphel to government control.
Hours before the region was captured, Gen John Daniel Gee, Field Marshal of all New Innisfree Imperial Forces told us "If we capture Horizaphel, we will break the Unions back."
Then at 1723 today Goverener Riley surrendered to General Gee unconditionally. The Governer as well as the House of Regents for Scottswood have been arrested for high treason."While we had a strict order not to fire on any historic buildings in Horizaphel we were forced to destroy Regents Hall because it was fortified."We have taken only 2,400 prisoners including the governor and 25 regents. This was a bloody battle that was so unnecessary."
