"Killer Bunnies: The Musical!" Makes Leap to the Stage
PRABHA (WRI) - Critics are calling it a "terrifying film which reaches into the darkest depths of our fears, and a toe tapping good time!"
Yes, Kamadhati critics are hailing the release of "Killer Bunnies: The Musical!" as a tour de force in musical and documentarian cinema. Based upon events of a few years ago when vicious, bloodthirsty - but adorable - lapins stalked the countryside of Wysteria shredding anyone who came into their path, KBTM is a historically accurate retelling of those terrifying days, but with a fun-loving and memorable music score and some fantastic dance numbers.
"I remember that time," said star Priyanka Chopra, who plays the film's lead heroine. "I was terrified to even leave the house as long as those beasts were loose. And I think the song 'A Heart Full of Love' really conveys that."
Other songs, as well, convey the urgency of the crisis that terrified Wysterians everywhere.
"When I sang 'I Feel Pretty', I really felt myself taken back to those horrifying moments," said Milind Gunaji, who plays the kindergarten teacher whose class is wiped out by the rabbits.
Choreography, too, is a strong point in this production: the terrifying scene of more than 1,000 extras tap dancing their way down the main street of the Levitian city of Philos as they run in terror from the marauding rabbits is a heart stopper, for sure.
At a cost of more than 25 million pancaksayas, KamFilm Universal is putting a lot on the line, but producers are sure they have a winner in Killer Bunnies: The Musical!
